Like everything else about The Happy Couponer Marketplace, we handle whole insert subscriptions a little differently than everyone else. Because we have multiple vendors offering multiple subscriptions we’re able to offer you double the fun when it comes to subscription levels. But first, here’s a look at the basic information because I’m sure you’ll have questions.
After your initial subscription shipment, your weekly subscription pricing will take effect on your first Wednesday AUTOBILL.
Your credit card will be charged on Wednesday of each week for the upcoming inserts. You will not be charged for weeks when there are no inserts.
All weekly subscriptions ship by Saturday and you will receive a shipping notification email with the tracking information for your package.
If you would like to increase or decrease your Weekly Subscription Combo Pack, just send us a message and we’ll take care of it for you. Changes must be received no later than Tuesday. Refunds will NOT be issued for change requests made AFTER the Wednesday Autobill.
Cancellations must be made no later than Tuesday. Refunds will NOT be issued for cancellation requests made AFTER the Wednesday Autobill.
All orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS with tracking numbers. No refunds will be issued for delayed deliveries or delivery errors that are the responsibility of the carrier.
Please make sure you have given us your EXACT, correct shipping address when you order your subscription. No refunds will be issued if you gave us the wrong address.

Our Whole Inserts are always in demand. In order to ensure we can meet our subscription needs we can’t have customers cancelling and restarting their subscriptions every week just to get the lower price. Therefore, the initial purchase price is the same as our regular bundle prices and your subscription pricing will take effect on your first Wednesday autobill.
Your credit/debit card or Paypal account will be automatically charged on Wednesday of each week for the upcoming inserts.
Subscriptions will be shipped on the next available business day after the holiday. Please remember that holidays may only last one day but they can often cause delivery delays of 2 or more days.
If there are no inserts that week your credit/debit will not be charged.
Generally, yes, they do. So far we’ve never had a P & G insert that does not contain the popular coupons. To see a preview list of coupons each week, go here.
Previews are posted here each week. These are simply previews, which may or may not show all of the coupons inside our inserts. Coupons and coupon values change from one marketplace to another.

You will receive a tracking number for your subscription each week. If you have given us the correct shipping address then your subscription should arrive promptly. Please contact us if you have a delivery problem and we’ll do our best to fix it.
